I’m really let down. We ordered some grey mugs, but a week later, they told us they couldn’t provide them. With our deadline in mind, which they knew about, we had no choice but to go with their substitute option of white mugs. Then, a week later, they hit us with an express delivery fee, saying they’d miss our deadline for a guaranteed delivery. This was my first time dealing with this company, and honestly, after the delays I’ve faced, I’m not sure I’d want to use them again. They were fully aware of our event deadline, and the hold-ups are entirely on them. It’s just not fair to expect us to cover costs for their delays, especially since we placed the order well in advance.

We found that other firms couldn't meet our strict timeline or guarantee the product that was initially shown. While the visualization didn't quite match up to what some other companies offered, AspectCPM was prompt in providing a quote and wrapping everything up. They kept us in the loop the whole time, which we really appreciated. In the end, we were pleased with what we received.

I shot an email asking about a product and got a call back pretty quickly (just a day, I reckon) regarding it. The lady seemed a bit mixed up about which item I was asking about and mentioned she’d ring me back after checking if it was available...but I haven’t heard anything since. That was a few weeks back, so don’t hold your breath.

The cost is just fantastic for me since I don't have a lot of cash. I pretty much have the money for the bottles I ordered left over, and these bottles are super handy. My oldest and youngest will also get a kick out of them since they've gone through quite a few bottles before—none lasted more than three weeks, or they'd misplace them. As long as that doesn't happen with these, I reckon five stars is just what I need. Thanks a bunch for the excellent pricing! Apologies for the spelling; it's not the best.
